Angelheim lance une nouvelle série sur le thème du zodiaque chinois. Les poupées font 25cm avec le gabarit yo-SD. Deux modèles sont dispo à partir du 21/02 jusqu'au 06/03.

J'aime bien le petit lapin!! il a vraiment une bonne bouille!!! Par contre le dragon, c'est pas ça. Mais il a de superbes pattes, vraiment très "dragonesques", je trouve. Et à cette taille, c'est plutôt rare d'en trouver d'aussi jolies! Rhaa, mais pourquoi, y a plein de compagnies,qui sortent de plus en plus de YoSD trop mignons!?!? *risque d'invasion, YoSDesque imminent*

Je trouve que Angelheim est un beau concurrent de Soom, ils n'ont pas encore la popularité de Soom (c'est évident étant donnée l'ancienneté de Soom), Angelheim font de belles poupées et en plus, ils sont fort sympathique
J'attend avec impatience l'arrivée du tigre ! Mais je sens que ça va être le dernier

Attention : on nous signale de graves difficultés avec la société Angelheim, qui ne communique plus avec ses clients depuis le 2 mai, semble-t-il.

Dear Angelheim Customers

My name is Jason (AKA 'Angelia' Please don't ask me why i was given a girl ID at DOA) and i have been working for Angelheim since it started as an English Customer Representitive - it is a kind of FreeLance Job to communicate with Angelheim Customers and Dealers as well.

About a few days ago, Angelheim Owner contacted me and said Angelheim
Ownership would be swiched to someone else so she would contact me. I
was kind of shocked and surprised... and as he said, i got a call from
Jennifer (the new owner) and had a serious meeting about the Angelheim Issues.

Today, i logged in Angelheim Admin site
and found that there are serious problems all over around such as,
Schedule Failure, Casting Failure, and also Customer Communication
Failure.

I reported all of these issues to her, Jennifer, and she said We must do whatever it takes to get Angelheim alive. (Well, to me, this is not the first timeand i told her too)

Anyway, she is very anxious to re-build Angelheim
and wants to work harder and better. So i decided to give her an advise
what we have to do first, to get all of these issues resolved. so, I
will be online from now on everyday and will be communicate with you and
take the full responsibility about the Angelheim Issues.



1. Open the inside-issues and Open the shipping schedule

Angelheim Previous owners have failed to manage casting schedule. From Feb, all of Angelheim
original molds have not been maintained and managed properly. So all
dolls have not been casted properly in time and this makes all schedules
messed up.

Thankfully, Jennifer has been running a casting company for 10 years and
her own world is not BJD but Gundam's which means that she knows her
stuff way better than our Previous owners. she is now attacking all Angelheim Molds now and will cast them as soon as possible. she said it will take about 2 weeks to start casting all of Angelheim dolls from now on.
(she said she has to sharpen all the original scult first before he builds the molds - molds and scults are damaged)


So, based on what she said, your orders (From Jan till Apr) will be
started shipping from about Mid of May. I will contact each custmer via
email about your individual shipping schedule today or tommorow. Please
find out my personel email.



2. Changes of Casting and shipping Policy

I also told her about this Pre-Order issue at Angelheim.
To me, it is kind of odd because it is good for the company but is
horrible for the customers. They send us payment first and wait for 2-3
monthes painfully. So i asked if it is possible to start Pre-Cast sale -
we cast dolls first and list them only we have them in our studio. then
we could be able to ship them at least within 2 weeks.

She said, it is totally possible as long as we have our own casting
studio. So from now on, we will list dolls when it is ready to ship. If
the dolls are not sold for certain period (we think about 3-4 monthes)
then we send them to our 'Liquidation Sale Section' with the Lower
Price becase it is getting old.

We will start this policy next week and we will try to keep this system. We will list "In Box Pictures" as soon as possible.

For example, if we launch a new doll, we cast 30 dolls beforehand and
pack them first. Then list them on sale. (If you don't choose FaceUp
option, it will be shipped in 2-3 days. if you choose a FaceUp, then it
will be shipped about 2-3 weeks later)

If we sell all of 30 dolls, then we cast again and list them for the
next 30 customers. We will NOT take Pre-Orders or any Reservations - in
this case, your waiting period will be 2-3 weeks longest after the
payment.


3. Last Shot

I and Jennifer know this will be our last chance to keep our Angelheim
rolling on the road. Please give me a day to contact each of you via
email. I will speak to you personelly and will give you a seirous
solution.

And also, i will be online everyday and will be contacted in a day as a prior member now at Angelheim.

Il semblerait que, depuis, il n'y ait plus eu beaucoup de nouvelles et que certaines commandes restent en attente de réponse.
Plusieurs personnes ont ouvert à temps des litiges Paypal et ont pu sans problème récupérer leur argent (avec parfois un mot d'excuse écrit par la compagnie), mais d'autres restent en attente.

Nous vous invitons pour le moment à la plus grande prudence si vous envisagez d'acheter chez cette compagnie.
Si vous avez des infos complémentaires, n'hésitez pas à les faire remonter ici.

D'après ce que j'ai lu sur DoA, AH rejette les nouvelles commandes (et c'est une bonne chose, ils ont au moins la décence de ne pas en accepter, mais ils devraient vraiment mettre le site à jour et informer). Le problème concerne surtout ceux qui ont commandé avant le changement de propriétaire et n'ont plus le temps pour une dispute paypal.

C'est officiel maintenant: Angelheim cesse son activité, les modèles et commandes seront repris par D-Storic.
